You don't figure this out alone. Everyone on the team ran this exact path, and most of them had never sold anything before.
Start day one-
Days 1 to 14
Free licensing course
The pre-licensing course is on us. You study hard for two weeks and pass the state exam. The only cost to you is the state's exam and license fee, usually under $200.
-
Days 14 to 21
Train, dial, close your first one
Carriers appointed, a seat in NexLevel OS, live training every morning and night, and free leads in your dialer. Your first sale happens this week with a manager on the line.
-
Days 30 to 60
Running at full speed
You know the script, you know the carriers, and you're closing on your own. This is where the $10K months start showing up on the leaderboard.
The math is simple.
You keep about $600 per policy after the ones that cancel. Here's what that looks like at three paces the team actually runs.
A sale a day, five days a week. This is the full-time producer pace.
Seven a week. Top of the leaderboard most months.
Big personal weeks plus a team under them. Several people on the board are past this and still climbing.
Paid weekly by the carriers. 1099, commission only, no cap. Team averages, not a promise.

Travis's answer
Before life insurance, I was in door-to-door sales, and I made like $30,000 in three months. And I realized that that $30,000, ten-grand month was only in the summer. Okay, well, there's a lot of money in sales, but I'm going to need something more sustainable year-round.

Travis's answer
Week one, once you get licensed, we help you with the contracting, getting contracts with every carrier appointed. Then we get you onboarded to our CRM. We have your leads. You'll see our daily trainings every morning, every night, so you know the whole schedule, the leads to call. The whole blueprint is in front of you. You just gotta work.

Travis's answer
The difference between us and any other sales company is we have the results. There are at least ten guys on my team that make over ten grand a month, so we have a very duplicatable system you can come into. Second, life insurance is different from most sales jobs. It's been around for hundreds of years. You're coming into something sustainable that has just now shifted remote.

Travis's answer
The main reason a lot of guys fail is they want to make money, obviously, but that's the only thing in their head. "I want to make ten grand a month." They come in fixated on making money instead of learning.

Travis's answer
Ten grand a month is very possible in our industry. On average you make around $800 a sale. If you can get a sale every other day, you're making at least ten grand a month.
Everything is already built. You just show up.
Most sales jobs hand you a login and wish you luck. This is what's waiting on day one.
Licensing, paid for
The pre-licensing course and the study plan that goes with it. You cover the state exam fee, we cover the rest.
Sixty days of free leads
Real people who asked about coverage, loaded into your dialer. No cold doors, no buying a list on day one.
Training twice a day
Morning and night, every weekday, live. Scripts, objections, carrier quoting and real calls broken down.
NexLevel OS
The team's own CRM: your leads, your pipeline, your pay and the live leaderboard in one place. Built in-house, not rented.
Nine carriers appointed
Ethos, Americo, Corebridge, Aetna, Transamerica, Mutual of Omaha and more, so you can quote the right fit for every family.
Someone on the line
Your first closes happen with a manager listening in. You're never left alone with a lead you don't know how to handle.
This is for you if
- You're 18 or older and want to earn based on your output
- You can put in 35 hours a week minimum. Full-time is 60+. Hours run 7am to 1am, so it fits around family and bills
- You're coachable. The playbook works when you run it as written
- You want to be remote, or near Springfield, MO or Austin, TX
It's not for you if
- You need a salary or an hourly wage. This is commission only
- You can't give it 35 focused hours a week
- You're looking for a course to buy. There's nothing to buy
- You plan to quit the first week a lead says no
Remote by default. Two home bases.
Springfield, MO
The new office opens next month. In-person training days, team dials and the people you'll be on the leaderboard with.

Straight answers.
Does this cost anything?
No. The licensing course, the training, the CRM and your first 60 days of leads are covered. The only thing you pay is your state's exam and license fee, usually under $200, and that goes to the state, not to us.
How am I paid?
You're an independent contractor (1099) paid commission directly by the carriers, usually weekly. There's no salary and no cap. After cancellations you keep about $600 per policy.
Can I do this part-time?
Only if part-time means 35 hours a week or more. The dialer runs from 7am to 1am, so if you have a family or another job you can build your hours around it. Full-time on the team is 60 hours plus. Under 35, it doesn't work and we'll tell you that on the call.
How long does licensing take?
Two to three weeks for most people. It depends on your state and how many hours you put in. We give you the study plan.
What happens after the 60 days of free leads?
By then you're closing and you buy your own leads out of commission, like everyone on the team. We show you exactly what to buy and what it returns. Nobody is cut off cold.
Do I have to be in Missouri or Texas?
No. Most of the team is remote. The Springfield and Austin offices are there if you want in-person days, not a requirement.
Is this a course or a program I pay for?
No. There's nothing to buy. It's a seat on a sales team, and the intro call is to see whether it fits you.
What's the intro call like?
Fifteen minutes on the phone with Travis or one of his managers. You ask your questions, they ask about your situation, and you both decide whether to move to licensing. No pressure either way.
One call. Then you'll know.
Worst case, you get your questions answered by someone actually doing it.
